New Bombshell on Gossip Girl??

20 year old bombshell Elissa Sursara, made famous at age 4 as a South American icon for her child modeling and tween tv career in Brazil has reportedly been in and out of negotiations with Gossip Girl casting directors for what is rumored to be a “several episode“ role on the hit show.

With several films and television spots under her belt, as well as a considerable male following, Sursara `regretfully` pulled out of two major films and a guest appearance on LOST this year, when news of an ill relative receiving treatment in Australia struck the actress down from shooting.

But now it seems the actress is swinging back into action, with specualtions abuzz about her `are they? or are they not?` relationship with actor Emile Hirsch following her April break-up with model Sam Thomas and anticipation for several possible upcoming film projects.

The actress, who revealed in an Australian news publication last week that she is `still shaken up about what my family has been through these last few months. But I`m ready to test the waters and get back into what I love doing.`

When asked directly about her possible upcoming role on Gossip Girl, the actress replied `I don`t like to talk about what is or isnt in negotiation because I don`t want people to judge anything before it happens. It`s funny, I hate gossip, but I do like Gossip Girl. Chace Crawford, he`s so cute, right?`

Despite keeping coy, Sursara`s friend and actress Isabel Lucas of Home & Away and soon-to-be Transformers fame reportedly spilled the beans on her brunette BFF`s new role. Days after Lucas` crash with actor Shia LaBeouf, camera`s caught the blonde attempting to deter reporters from intrusive questions, exclaiming “Leave me alone. I`m going to see my friend and I don`t need this right now.` When asked which friend, Lucas replied with a smile `Elissa Sursara.` Lucas was walking towards the CW building at the time - the Gossip Girl headquarters.

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - The plot thickens on the CW’s hot teen soap “Gossip Girl” with the addition of Wade Allain-Marcus.
The actor has joined the show in a recurring role as a manipulative 19-year-old hipster photographer with ties to the New York fashion and art worlds.

Recently seen on MTV’s movie-musical “American Mall,” he next appears in Antoine Fuqua’s feature “Brooklyn’s Finest,” which stars Richard Gere, Don Cheadle, Wesley Snipes and Ethan Hawke.

It was hard to hear what they were saying (bunch of damn mumblers), but Jenny was uber-pissed at Nate, Nate tried to reassure her, Jenny kissed him once and turned to run away, and then he grabbed her arm, turned her around, and the making out commenced. GOSSIP GIRL skyrocketed to its best ratings ever last week for the 'Dark Night', pulling in a record 3.7 million viewers. The cult CW hit was up 11% from its previous two episodes.

The teen drama, which is heavily sponsored by Vitamin Water (brand awareness!), also reached all-time series highs in every category, including women 18-34 (4.2/12), adults 18-34 (2.7/8), women 18-49 (3.0/8), adults 18-49 (1.9/5)

Funniest line of the night goes to Blair, “mistakenly” sucking face with Chuck instead of Lord Marcus: “I thought it was you. It was dark."

Wallace Shawn (The Princess Bride, Clueless) is joining Gossip Girl for a multi-episode arc as Cyrus, father to Serena’s new artsy-fartsy boyfriend Aaron (John Patrick Amedori). If Team Schwavage follows the Gossip Girl books, Sirus will eventually marry Blair’s mother, Eleanor. Here’s hoping they follow the books, ’cause the thought of Wallace Shawn as Blair’s stepdad is hilarious with a capital HIGH.
